Latest Income & Expenditure and Balance Sheet
The following Income Statement provides details of costs incurred for the past few years and anticipated costs over the next few year. The Balancing Statement shows how much is owed by and to the company.
Statutory Accounts
The accounts are as filed at Companies House in statutory format for each calendar year. It is not a statutory requirement that detailed costs are shown within these accounts although the directors will voluntarily shown the information for the benefit of leaseholders from 2022.

Service Charge Accounts
Separate service charge accounts were prepared for the years to 2020.
We are grateful to a local solicitor for kindly providing the accounts for 2018, 2019 and 2020 as the previous managing agent failed to provided them following their dismissal on 31 October 2022. No service charge accounts were provided for 2021. However, the new agent has compilied these as comparatives which are shown in the statutory accounts for 2022.
